Cloudland splits with North Greene

The ‘Landers had been searching for a confidence building win. That is exactly what Cloudland got on Friday night. The ‘Landers dispatched North Greene 54-41 to snap a four-game losing streak. The Lady ‘Landers, however, were unable to complete a furious comeback in a 48-41 loss to the Lady Huskies. Lady Cyclones roll, ‘Betsy boys fall

It wasn’t the way the Cyclones had planned on celebrating. Elizabethton was unable to make a late run as they fell 51-44 on senior night to Johnson County on Friday night. The Lady Cyclones, however, had no problem as they cruised to a 79-13 win over the Lady Longhorns. Hampton sweeps Unaka

The Lady Bulldogs wanted revenge, and that is exactly what they got. Hampton avenged an early upset loss to Unaka on Friday night with a 53-30 victory. In the boys game, the Bulldogs made it a clean sweep with an 81-53 victory. The Lady Bulldogs came out of the gate firing by racing to a 16-6 first quarter lead. Bruce Pearl talks about his return to Knoxville

Lady Buffs unable to hold off Union rally

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (Jan. 28, 2015) – Despite maintaining the lead for most of the game, the Milligan College women’s basketball team could not withstand the pressure of the Union College Bulldogs as they fell 72-64 on Wednesday night.
