Friday’s district action was led by Happy Valley softball’s upset of Elizabethton. However, it was a great day to be a higher seed as all Carter County schools that were the higher seed were victorious with the exception of second-seeded Elizabethton softball.
Action resumes in the District 1-AA and 1-A baseball tournaments, while the District 1-A softball tournament will kick off at Unaka. Be sure to check out the brackets for the latest information!
