It may have been a losing effort, but one Warrior had an impressive game.

Sage Haun nearly led Happy Valley to a rallying victory at Gatlinburg-Pittman, and has been named the Climate Controllers’ Player of the Week for Week 9. Haun is the second Warrior to receive the honor this season – joining teammate Dylan Street who was named the Player of the Week for Week 8.

Against the Highlanders, Haun was simply impressive.

The signal caller threw for 327 yards in the game – including four touchdowns. Haun’s favorite target was Josh Hammonds who tallied 211 receiving yards.

Haun and company will host Cumberland Gap on Warrior Hill on Friday night with a must-win game to keep playoff hopes alive.
