Kyler Lewis was feeling it on Friday night.

Lewis scored 35 points to power Unaka to a 63-51 victory over South Greene on Friday night. The Lady Rangers fell 74-38 to the defending state champion Lady Rebels in the girls’ content.


Lewis and company used a strong fourth quarter to pull away for the victory. Unaka outscored SG 18-10 in the final quarter.

Gary Wright added nine points, while Austin Beauprez had seven points.

The Lady Rangers fell behind early and was never able to recover as SG ran to the victory.

Sydney Markland led the Lady Rangers with 11 points. Lexi Garland added six points to the Unaka cause.
