Mother Nature is causing issues with the prep basketball schedule for Friday, Jan. 6.
Happy Valley at Sullivan South has been postponed. The teams had initially tried to get varsity games in.
Elizabethton at Sullivan East has been postponed. No rescheduled date has been set yet.
Hampton at University High has been postponed. The district foes initially moved up game times, but the weather forced the postponement. Games will be made-up Saturday, Jan. 14 with four games starting at 1 p.m.
As a result of Greene County Schools’ decision to postpone all high school basketball schools involving county schools – Cloudland (vs. South Greene) and Unaka (vs. North Greene) have seen their games postponed.
South Greene at Cloudland has been rescheduled for Jan. 17.
