The Hampton community is giving back to one of their own on Saturday.
The Team Chayse Carnival is set for Saturday at the Hampton High track to help raise money and awareness for Chayse Andrews and his family.
Chayse was diagnosed with a rare disease known as Alexander’s Diesease and is currently the only known case in Tennessee.
The carnival, which is being organized by Hannah Hughes, is set to begin at 11 a.m., on Saturday. There will be vendors, games and other activities. There will also be inflatables, food and raffles.
All proceeds will benefit Chayse and the Andrews family.
