It’s time for Thursday night football.
All four Week 10 games involving Carter County teams will be played on Thursday instead of Friday. The docket of games include two championship tilts with Elizabethton hosting Sullivan South and Hampton hosting Cloudland. Happy Valley will host Sullivan North on Warrior Hill, while Unaka will wrap up the regular season against Cosby on Stoney Creek.
The move of the games is a statewide trend. Carter County Schools are out of school on Friday for Fall Break in addition to it being Halloween
