A dominate passing performance claimed this week’s Climate Controllers Player of the Week.
Elizabethton’s Carter Everett has been selected as the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for Week 5 after he led the Cyclones to a Region 1-4A win over Grainger County.
It is the second time this season that Everett has earned the honor.
Everett went 15-of-19 passing for 247 yards in Elizabethton’s win over the Griz. The junior quarterback finished with four touchdowns.
In the game, Everett passed the 1,000-yard mark for the season through the air. Everett has 18 total touchdowns this season.
Elizabethton is set to travel to Tennessee High on Friday night.
