The Warriors came up short in the District 1-AA Tournament.

Happy Valley saw their season come to a close with a 72-37 loss to Johnson County on Wednesday in Mountain City.

The Longhorns jumped out early racing to a 23-9 lead after a quarter of play. The Warriors, however, battled back with big quarters from Blake Young and Andrew Clawson.

Johnson County took control again in the third quarter by outscoring HV 25-7 in the frame.

Alex Lunceford had nine points to lead the way for the Warriors. Young finished with eight points, while Timothy Mounte had seven points.

Jackson Earnhardt had 25 points to lead the Longhorns.
