The Happy Valley baseball program has a new skipper at the helm.
Todd Caldwell has been named head coach of the Warrior baseball team. Caldwell has served as an assistant baseball coach for the last three seasons for HV.
Caldwell takes over for Brad Hill who had taken over the program in 2015.
The 2006 Happy Valley alum played collegiate baseball at ETSU for one season and then finished his collegiate career at Milligan College where he earned a NAIA Gold Glove.
During high school, Caldwell played football, basketball and baseball, and was an All-State selection in both baseball and football.
Caldwell has also been an assistant football coach for the Happy Valley program for five seasons.
