Saturday saw Elizabethton, Hampton and Unaka compete in the State Farm Elizabethton Classic at EHS and UHS.
The teams squared off in pool play to set brackets for Gold and Silver divisions. Mother Nature, however, had another plans during tournament action on Saturday night as teams were unable to compete elimination play.
With their record, Silverdale Baptist Academy – who is ranked No. 136 in the country along with No. 1 in Tennessee Class A – captured the tournament crown.
