Happy Valley was unable to overcome a slow start on Monday.
The Lady Warriors saw their season come to a close in a 70-36 decision to Grainger in the Region 1-AA semifinals.
HV was limited offensively early on. Grainger stormed out to a 29-9 lead at the half.
The Lady Warriors got a trey from Adrienne Henegar along with a pair of buckets from Shayln Whitson as well as a Bayley McGee jumper in the first half.
In the second half, Happy Valley was unable to dig out of the deficit as the Lady Griz continued to control the game.
Whitson had 11 points to lead the Lady Warriors. Kaitlyn Roberts tallied seven points, while Henegar had five points.
Karli Combs tallied 25 points for Grainger to lead all scorers.
