Thursday’s winter weather has impacted the Carter County basketball schedule.
Three games scheduled for Friday, January 7 involving county schools have been postponed due to inclement weather.
North Greene at Cloudland, Hampton at Happy Valley, and Unaka at University High have all been postponed.
Tonight’s Sullivan East at Elizabethton games are still on as scheduled.
Cloudland-North Greene will now be played on Saturday, Jan. 8, with just a pair of varsity games starting at 12:30p.
The Unaka-University High game has been rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 8. The games will be played at Unaka and will be varsity only with games starting at 5p.
Hampton and Happy Valley have rescheduled their game – which was originally slated for Thursday evening – to February 8.
