This week’s Climate Controllers Players of the Week was a tight battle.
Cloudland’s Landon Barnette was selected as the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for his performance in the win over North Greene.
The junior running back had four touchdowns in the Region 1-A win for the ‘Landers. He finished with 12 carries for 160 yards.
Barnette joins teammates Bryce Birchfield and Walker Gouge as Climate Controllers Player of the Week Selections this season.
Other honorees include Rhett Slagle (Elizabethton), Connor McKinney (Hampton), Peyton Townsend (Hampton), Lane Parker (Happy Valley, Keelin Releford (Happy Valley), and Ashton Fuller (Unaka).
Barnette and the ‘Landers are set to host Unaka on Friday night.
