Another new face claimed this week’s Climate Controllers Player of the Week honor.

Cloudland’s Hunter Blair has been named the Week 5 Climate Controllers Player of the Week for his performance against Hancock County. The ‘Landers defeated the Indians 30-6.

The running back scored two touchdowns – an 11-yard scamper along with a 13-yard score – to lead the way for the CHS offense.

In addition, he added a two-point conversion.

Blair was a steady for the Cloudland offense providing tough yards to help power the way to Cloudland’s first win of the 2019 season.

Blair joins Elizabethton’s Bryson Rollins, Unaka’s Landon Ramsey, Happy Valley’s Eli Ayers and Hampton’s Conor Jones as 2019 Climate Controllers Player of the Week honorees.

The ‘Landers are set to host Avery County (N.C.) on Friday night at Orr Field.
