Cloudland snapped a 13-game losing streak to Hampton with a monster performance.
The ‘Landers Jordan Coffey has been named the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for Week 8.
The junior running back tallied 178 yards on 31 carries to power the Cloudland attack in the rivalry game. In addition, Coffey secured the win with an interception in the final minute of the game.
It is the second time this season that Coffey has earned the honor. The first time was after the ‘Landers’ win over Gatlinburg-Pittman in Week 1.
For the season, Coffey has rushed for over 1,150 yards.
Coffey and Company host Jellico on Friday night for Homecoming.
