Chase Davenport called game on Wednesday night.
Davenport hit a shot with 2.4 seconds remaining to lift Hampton to a 66-65 win over Unicoi after the Bulldogs erased a 50-41 deficit entering the final quarter.
Colby Clark recorded 21 points to lead the Bulldogs, while Tuff Robinson added 20 points. Davenport added 13 points.
Jackson Simmons led Unicoi County with 27 points.
Unicoi County 49, Hampton 29
The Lady Bulldogs were unable to keep pace with Unicoi on Wednesday night.
The teams traded shots early before Unicoi took a 24-17 lead into the half. Hampton kept battling, but was unable to close the gap in the third.
Hannah Smith led the Lady Bulldogs with 20 points.
Brooklynn Sparks had 13 points to pace Unicoi.
