The bracket for the District 1-A Baseball Tournament is set.
The double-elimination tournament is set to begin on Thursday, May 1, at TVA Credit Union Park in Johnson City.
The complete schedule is below.
Opening round play begins on May 1 as No. 4 Cloudland will take on No. 1 University High at 5p, while No. 2 North Greene will take on No. 3 Unaka at 8p.
The winners of the opening round games will square off in the winner’s bracket finale at 6p on Friday, May 2. The losing teams of the opening round games will face off on Saturday, May 3 at 11a in an elimination game.
The losers’ bracket finale will be at 1:30 on Saturday with the winner of the first elimination game taking on the loser of Friday’s winner’s bracket finale in another elimination game.
The tournament championship game is set for Sunday, May 4 at 2p, and the if-necessary game is set for Monday, May 5 at 6p.
