Elizabethton football has had a schedule change.
Friday’s game against Rhea County has been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns in the Rhea County School System.
Elizabethton confirmed the news in a Tuesday Facebook post.
The game has been rescheduled for Friday, October 8 – which will also now be Senior Night for the Cyclones.
Elizabethton is now slated to return to action on Friday, Sept 3, as Greeneville visits Citizens Bank Stadium for a monster Region 1-4A clash.
