The Climate Controllers Player of the Week honor is heading to Elizabethton this week.
Elizabethton Quarterback Rhett Slagle has been selected the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for Week 3 after his performance in the Cyclones’ win over Grainger County.
The signal-caller was 8-of-11 passing for 138 yards and threw for three touchdowns. He also added 30 rushing yards on four carries.
Slagle joins Unaka’s Brynin Repass and Cloudland’s Grayson Cole as Climate Controllers Player of the Week selections this season.
Elizabethton is set to host Cherokee on Friday night.
