Three Carter County teams are set to kick off for a good cause on Friday evening.
The Clash For Compassion is set to feature a varsity doubleheader at ETSU’s William B. Greene Stadium on Friday, Oct. 25.
The first game at 5p will see Happy Valley take on Unaka, while Hampton will take on Eagleton at 8p.
Admission is free, and monetary donations will be collected to benefit Carter County families impacted by Hurricane Helene.
In addition to donations, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and coffee tumblers will be sold with all proceeds staying inside Carter County.
In addition, Hampton will hold Homecoming Festivities in between the games.
