The Tennessee AP Prep Football poll continues to have a Carter County flair in Class 2A.
Hampton continued to hold onto the No. 1 spot in Class 2A after the win over Cloudland on Friday night.
The Bulldogs recorded 12-of-15 first-place votes to tally 146 points.
Tyner Academy recorded the other three first-place votes for 135 points to claim the No. 2 spot.
Union City, Huntingdon, and Harpeth rounded out the top five.
Hampton is set to host Happy Valley on Friday night.
