Hampton took a nonconference sweet Monday night.
The Bulldogs rolled to a 72-52 victory at Chuckey-Doak, while the Lady Bulldogs had a strong overtime period to take a 59-45 win over the Lady Knights.

After holding a 13-12 advantage at the end of the first quarter, the teams continued to trade shots throughout the second quarter. HHS maintained a 24-23 lead at the half.
Chuckey-Doak got things rolling in the third quarter by outscoring HHS 13-4 in the frame. Hampton, however, repaid the favor in the final quarter by erasing the deficit and forcing overtime.
In OT, Hampton limited the Lady Knights to just two points while taking care of business at the free throw line to take the victory.
Destini Milhorn had 12 points to lead the Lady Bulldogs. Skylar Hicks tallied nine points, and Madi McClain, Hannah Collins and Linsey Jenkins each had eight points.
For the Hampton boys, a quick start set the tone.
Hampton raced out to a 14-4 lead after eight minutes of play and quickly turned it into a 29-14 halftime advantage. From there, it was all Bulldogs as Hampton was never threatened in the second half.
Caleb Oaks finished with 18 points to pace the Bulldogs. Jordan Bentley had 17 points, while Garrett Vines had 11 points. Rocky Croy added 10 points to the Bulldog cause.
