The Climate Controllers Player of the Week ran wild on Friday night.
Hampton’s Dom Burleson has been named the Week 5 Climate Controllers Player of the Week for his performance against Cumberland Gap on Friday night.
The senior recorded three touchdowns in the win and finished with 178 rushing yards. Burleson also added a pair of two-point conversions.
On the defensive side of the ball, Burleson also added several key plays on the defensive side of the ball for Hampton.
Burleson joins Cloudland’s Grayson Cole, Elizabethton’s Rhett Slagle, Happy Valley’s Gabe McDougald, and Unaka’s Brynin Repass as Climate Controllers Player of the Week selections this season.
Hampton is set to host Cloudland for Homecoming on Friday night.
