The Climate Controllers Player of the Week resides in Hampton this week.
The Bulldogs’ Conor Jones has been named the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for week 3 for his performance against Avery County (N.C.).
Jones had five total touchdowns in the game. The signal-caller went 8-of-11 through the air for 138 yards with three touchdowns through the air, and he also added nine carries for 65 yards and two scores.
Jones joins Elizabethton’s Bryson Rollins and Cloudland’s Caleb Sluder as Climate Controllers Player of the Week honorees this season.
Jones and company are set to travel to Roan Mountain to take on Cloudland Friday night.
