An impressive performance on both sides of the ball captured this week’s Climate Controllers Player of the Week honor.
Hampton’s Connor McKinney has been selected as the Week 6 Climate Controllers Player of the Week for his performance against North Greene.
McKinney had seven carries for 198 yards on the offensive side of the ball. Defensively, he nabbed three interceptions for the Bulldogs.
McKinney joins teammate Peyton Townsend as Climate Controllers Player of the Week selections this season. Other honorees include Rhett Slagle (Elizabethton), Lane Parker (Happy Valley), Walker Gouge (Cloudland), and Keeline Releford (Happy Valley).
Hampton is set to travel to Unaka on Friday night.
