The annual Happy Valley Thanksgiving Classic is set to tip off on Friday afternoon.
The tournament, which features both JV and Varsity teams from around the area, will be held on Warrior Hill.
On Friday, Elizabethton’s JV team will take on Tennessee High’s JV squad at 11:30 a.m. and will be followed by a JV clash between the Lady Warriors and Cloudland at 1 p.m.
Varsity action is set to begin at 3 p.m., as Unicoi County will take on University High. Happy Valley will open the event at 4:30 p.m. against Seymour, and Elizabethton will take on Meigs county at 6 p.m. The evening will be capped off as Cloudland will take on Tennessee High.
Saturday will see things get started at 11:30 a.m. as Tennessee High and Happy Valley will square off in a JV contest with Cloudland and Elizabethton JV teams facing off at 1 p.m.
Cloudland opens Saturday’s varsity action at 3 p.m. against Seymour. After Unicoi County and Tennessee High square off at 4:30, Happy Valley will take on Meigs County at 6 p.m. The event will wrap up as Elizabethton takes on University High at 7:30 p.m.
