Hampton was unable to keep pace in the later stages on Thursday afternoon.
The Lady Bulldogs dropped a hard-fought 12-0 decision to North Greene at home.
After the first two innings ended scoreless, North Greene got the first run of the game in the third.
Hampton continued to battle, but was unable to battle back as NG was able to extend the lead.
