The Cyclones made the trip to Claiborne County worth it on Friday night.

Elizabethton jumped out early and never looked back as they steamrolled the Bulldogs in a 62-14 victory for their sixth straight victory and to remain 4-0 in conference play.

The Cyclone rushing attack set the tone early and scored often in the first half. With a pair of touchdowns from Jacob Turner and Logan Norman, Elizabethton jumped out to a four-touchdown lead.

Hunter Tyree added two touchdowns for Elizabethton, and freshman Corey Russell had a rushing and receiving touchdown in the first half.

Defensively, Jalen Smith recorded a pick-six to help the Cyclones dominate the game as Elizabethton held a 56-0 lead at the half.

Kilroy Hill capped off the scoring in the second half for Elizabethton.

The Cyclones return to Citizen’s Bank Stadium next week as West Greene will make the trip to Elizabethton.
