Unaka took care of business on Friday night.
The Rangers erupted for 24 first-quarter points and never looked back en route to a 54-12 road victory over Cosby in region action.
With the win, the Rangers improve to 6-2 on the season.
Unaka opened the scoring as Landon Ramsey hit Caleb Lydick for a 68-yard touchdown, and Jamol Blamo added the two-point conversion.
Cosby answered on the next drive as Hayden Green caught a Tyler Turner pass to trim the UHS lead to two points.
Blamo, however, countered for the Rangers with an 11-yard score, and Ramsey pushed the lead to 16-6 with the two-point conversion.
In the final minute of the first quarter, L. Ramsey hit D. Ramey for a 56-yard touchdown. The two-point conversion pushed the lead to 24-6 after a quarter of play.
The Ramseys connected a short time later for a 77-yard touchdown as UHS held a 32-6 halftime lead.
Blamo scored a trio of second-half touchdowns for the Rangers – including 28-yard and 22-yard scores in the third quarter and another from 19 yards in the fourth quarter.
L. Ramsey finished the game 13-of-13 for 317 yards. D. Ramsey had nine catches for 68 yards, while Blamo had 111 yards on 11 carries.
Unaka is set to return to action next Thursday night with a trip to Hampton.
