John Boy Ramsey had himself a game on Monday night.
Ramsey threw a complete-game shutout as Unaka took a 7-0 victory over South Greene on Monday night.
The Rangers struck in the home side of the first as Dakota Gallimore crossed home plate on a passed ball and D. Jarrett scored on a Rebel error. Unaka added another run in the bottom of the third as Bryson Street knocked in Jarrett for a run.
A four-run fourth inning gave the Rangers the ability to put it on cruise control the rest of the way.
Ramsey allowed just three hits in seven innings of work and struck out 10 Rebel batters.
Blake King went 3-for-4 at the plate for the Rangers, while Gallimore, Ramsey, and Street all added a hit apiece.
Unaka will finish the conference series with South Greene on Tuesday on Rebel Hill.
