The bracket for the Region 1-A baseball tournament is set.
Hampton will open the tournament on Friday, May 8. The tournament is set to be held at District 2 champion Washburn.
The Bulldogs will open the double-elimination tournament as the No. 2 seed from District 1 and will take on host Washburn at 7:30 on Friday in the semifinals.
University High and Cosby will square off in the other semifinal at 5p.
The two winners will meet at noon on Saturday, May 9 in the Region 1-A Championship game, while the losers will play at 3p in an elimination game. The winner of the elimination game will take on the title game loser for the runner-up position at 6p.
The top two teams will advance to the sectional round.
