Hampton hit the gas and never looked back.
The Bulldogs rolled to a 60-14 victory over Cumberland Gap at JC Campbell Stadium in Region 1-2A play on Friday night. It was Hampton’s first win of the season.
On Friday night, it was all Hampton.
The Bulldogs scored 48 points in the first half as HHS held a 48-6 lead at the break.
Dom Burleson scored three touchdowns for Hampton – including a 65-yard touchdown and a 41-yard touchdown. Maddux Wilson connected with JJ Cable for a 44-yard touchdown pass, while Wilson, Peyton Townsend, and Brody Lambert each added a rushing touchdown apiece.
Kaden Jones had a 71-yard touchdown and a 40-yard touchdown.
