The final regular season Climate Controllers Player of the Week had an impressive showing in a county clash.
Cloudland’s Landon Barnette has been selected as the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for Week 11 for his performance in the win against Unaka.
The sophomore had 238 yards on 24 carries to lead the ‘Landers. Barnette had three touchdowns in the game.
Barnette joins teammate Grayson Cole as Climate Controller Player of the Week selection this season.
Other honorees include Jamie Esterline (Happy Valley), Gabe McDougald (Happy Valley), Rhett Slagle (Elizabethton), Brynin Repass (Unaka), Dom Burleson (Hampton), and Peyton Townsend (Hampton).
Barnette and company are set to open the playoffs on Friday night at Oliver Springs.
