One all around performance stood out on Friday night when it came time to decide Climate Controllers honors.

Happy Valley’s Dakota Cochran has been named the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for Week 9 after he led the Warriors to a crucial victory over Sullivan North.

Cochran tallied four total touchdowns in the win.

On the ground, he tallied 89 yards with three scores on 16 carries. Through the air, Cochran added another touchdown while going 4-for-8 passing.

Cochran is the first Happy Valley honoree this season, and he joined Elizabethton’s Carter Everett, Parker Hughes and Corey Russell along with Hampton’s Lane Potter, Cloudland’s offensive line and Jordan Coffey and Unaka’s John Boy Ramsey as honorees this season.

Cochran and company are set to host West Greene on Friday night.
