The Cyclones held on for a 26-21 victory over the Vikings inside the Stone Castle.
Elizabethton opened the scoring in the first quarter as Jaiden Wallin scored on a one-yard run and William Bowers added the extra point.
The Betsy defense forced a three-and-out, and the offense went back to work as Justius Wallin scored on a three-yard run to take a 14-0 lead.
Tennessee High scored in the final minute of the half as Jack Richardson found Riley Price for a 52-yard touchdown to cut the Elizabethton lead to 14-7 at the half.
The Cyclones went to work quickly to open the third quarter as Rhett Slagle hit Justius Wallin for an eight-yard score.
The Vikings blocked the extra point as EHS held a 20-7 lead. Tennessee High scored on a safety as an EHS snap went through the back of the end zone, but the Cyclone defense rose to the occasion to help slow down the Vikings.
However, Tennessee High struck again as Richardson found Dayne Musick for a 51-yard touchdown.
The Cyclones answered the call once again.
Slagle scored on a short run to push EHS up 26-15 with just over two minutes to play.
Tennessee High, however, scored on the next play from scrimmage as Barron Harkleroad caught a Richardson pass for an 80-yard touchdown.
The Cyclones were able to withstand a last-second pass attempt to take the win.
