The Lady Rangers pulled away in the second half.
Unaka held a 14-12 lead after a quarter of play and maintained a 26-23 advantage at the half.
In the third quarter, the Lady Rangers outscored the Lady Buffaloes 17-9 to extend the lead. From there, Unaka secured the win.
Michelle Shields led the way with 30 points – 17 of which came in the second half. Brooklyn Campbell added nine points, while Kalli Shepard scored eight points.
Morgan Brown had 14 points to lead West Greene.

West Greene 59, Unaka 57
The Rangers saw a rally come up short on Friday night.
After West Greene jumped out to a 16-2 lead, the Rangers ended the second quarter on an 18-5 run to trim the lead to 33-27.
In the third quarter, the Buffaloes extended the lead, but Unaka used a 14-3 to pull within two points going to the fourth quarter.
A back-and-forth fourth quarter saw the teams trade shots before the Rangers missed a shot at the buzzer.
John Hardin scored 19 points. Mason Wilson had 11 points, while TJ Good added 10 points. Aiden Walsh scored eight points.
Elizabethton 70, Happy Valley 42
The Cyclones pulled away to win a Friday night county clash.
Hudson Pate scored 20 points to lead EHS, while Jackson Buckles added 12 points. Hudson Smith and Nathan Bailey scored 11 points apiece.
Happy Valley was paced by Artee Bahn’s 15 points, while Austin Nickles scored 13 points.
