The Cloudland girls’ basketball program received statewide recognition on Tuesday.
The Lady ‘Landers were ranked No. 3 in the first Tennessee AP Girls Prep Basketball poll of the season.
Cloudland tallied 44 points in the poll – just 16 points behind No. 2 Pickett County.
Wayne County was the unanimous No. 1 with 70 points. Moore County was No. 4 in the poll, and Richland came in at No. 5.
Cloudland District 1-A foe North Greene was ranked at No. 7.
The Lady ‘Landers are 15-0 on the season.
