Another solid performance claimed this week’s Climate Controllers Player of the Week honors.
Happy Valley’s Brayden Sams led the Warriors to a 41-0 win over Hampton and was named the Week 3 Climate Controllers Player of the Week for his performance.
The senior quarterback recorded 202 total offensive yards and three total touchdowns. Sams went 5-of-7 passing for 91 yards while rushing for 111 yards on 12 carries.
In addition, Sams recovered a blocked punt in the end zone for a score.
Sams joins Cloudland’s Jordan Coffey and Elizabethton’s Carter Everett as honorees this season.
