The road for the Three Rivers Baseball tournament is now set.
The District 1-2A baseball tournament is set to start on Wednesday, April 30, with two pods hosting the tournament. It is a double-elimination format.
Happy Valley received the No. 5 seed and will play in the West Greene pod along with No. 3 Johnson County and the host No. 2 Buffaloes.
Hampton received the No. 6 seed and will play in the Chuckey-Doak pod with No. 4 South Greene and the top-seed Black Knights.
The winners of both pods will square off in a championship game on Saturday, May 3 at the better seed.

In the Chuckey-Doak pod, the Bulldogs will open play against South Greene on Wednesday, April 30, at 4:30p.
The winner of the contest will advance to Wednesday night’s Winner bracket finale against Chuckey-Doak at 7p, while the loser will fall into an elimination game set for Thursday, May 1, at 6p.
The pod finale is set for 5p on Friday, May 2, with the if-necessary game scheduled for 7:30p.
In the West Greene pod, Happy Valley will open play on Wednesday, April 30 at 4:30p, against No. 3 Johnson County. The winner will take on West Greene later that evening at 7p, while the loser will fall into Thursday’s elimination game.
The pod finale is set for Friday as well.
