Tuesday Round-up: Lady Rangers Roll To Nonconference Game; Lady Cyclones, Cyclones Fall At Science Hill

Unaka 66, Tri-Cities Christian 39 (girls)
The Lady Rangers rolled to a nonconference win Tuesday night.
Kalli Shepard and Michelle Shields each had 21 points to pace Unaka. Janie Graham and Emma Jawarski led Tri-Cities Christian with 10 points each.
Science Hill 60, Elizabethton 52 (boys)
The Cyclones were unable to rally late, despite a hard-fought effort. After trailing by double digits, Elizabethton trimmed the deficit to four points with 1:37 to play, but was unable to get any closer.
Evan Chambers had a game-high 16 points to lead Elizabethton. Justin Whitehead and Pate added 12 points each, while Nathan Bailey had 10 points.
Science Hill 73, Elizabethton 53 (girls)
The Lady Cyclones were unable to keep pace with a hot Science Hill offensive attack on Tuesday night.
Science Hill used a first-quarter run to take control of the game and was able to hold off the Lady Cyclones.
Addison Bunn led Elizabethton with 21 points, while Jamira Smalls finished with 10 points. Reagan May added eight points.
