Unaka’s Ramsey Selected As Climate Controllers Player Of The Week

A standout performance stood out above the rest.

For the second time this season, Unaka’s Landon Ramsey has been selected as the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for his performance in the win over Cosby.

With the win, Unaka clinched a home playoff game and the No. 2 seed.
Ramsey and the Rangers left no doubt.

The senior quarterback went 10-of-16 passing for two touchdowns. Through the air, Ramsey had 116 yards on 12 carries with three touchdowns.

Defensively, Ramsey had three solo tackles, two assists, and a tackle for loss.

Other Climate Controllers Player of the Week selections this season include Cloudland’s Gage McKinney, Elizabethton’s Nick Stephens, Happy Valley’s Joseph Sowards, Happy Valley’s Reagan Ensor and Hampton’s Levi Lunsford.

Ramsey and company are set to host county for Hampton on Thursday evening.
