Warriors blast Cosby on road

Happy Valley kept clicking on all cylinders.

The Warriors scored early and often en route to a 61-0 victory over Region 1-AA foe Cosby on Friday night on the road.

With the win, HV improves to 4-0 overall and 2-0 in region play.

Friday night continued another impressive night of dominance for the Warriors. Happy Valley has outscored opponents 135-13 in the past three games.

At Cosby, Brayden Sams kickstarted the offense early on a one-yard run. Will Tittle scored on a four-yard run to open the lead, and another Warrior touchdown pushed the advantage to 20-0 going into the second quarter.

The Happy Valley defense got into the scoring act on a scoop and score by Dakota Cochran to open the second. Jordan Campbell ran into the end zone from six yards out to increase the lead to 35-0. Tittle scored the last touchdown of the half with a short touchdown run.

In the second half, Happy Valley left no doubt.

Brayden Sams added another touchdown to open the second half scoring and another Warrior score gave HV a 55-0 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Tittle finished with 108 yards on 11 carries. Sams added to his stellar season as he went 5-of-8 passing for 86 yards and had 60 yards rushing on just four carries.

Luke Roberts and Gabe Nickles also found the endzone for the Warriors

HV welcomes Cloudland to Warrior Hill in Week 6 action.
