Hampton’s Domnique Burleson has been named the Climate Controllers Player of the Week for Week 2 after his performance in the Bulldogs 32-26 win at Johnson County.
Burleson joins Cloudland’s Kyle Birchfield as Climate Controllers Player of the Week selections so far this season.
The junior had 28 carries for 168 yards, and finished the night with four rushing touchdowns.
Burleson and company are set to travel to Pisgah (N.C.) on Friday night for Week 3 action.
