The Happy Valley girls basketball program extended its season on Monday night with a thrilling come-from-behind win.

The No. 5 Lady Warriors rallied in the second half to take a 42-37 victory over No. 4 West Greene in the District 1-2A Quarterfinals at Daniel Boone High School.

With the win, HV advances to Thursday’s 6p semifinal against No. 1 Hampton. The Lady Warriors also secured a spot in the Region 1-2A tournament with the win.
