Happy Valley came up short on Tuesday night.
The Lady Warriors dropped a 4-0 decision to Sullivan East at Warrior Hill in Three Rivers Conference action.
Runs were hard to come by in the early innings as both teams were able to get runners aboard, but were unable to push them across home plate.
The Lady Patriots broke onto the board with a single run in the top of the third and top of the fifth. In the home side of the fifth, HV loaded the bases with one out but was unable to get a run in the frame.
East added two runs in the sixth, and Happy Valley was unable to mount a rally in the final two at-bats.
Maddie Lingerfelt was 2-for-4 to pace the Lady Warriors, while Olivia Absher, Reagan Street, and Abby Holt each added a hit.
In the pitching circle, Holt allowed just three earned runs on 14 hits with seven strikeouts.
