Happy Valley kept on rolling.
The Warriors erased an early deficit and ran to a 45-14 victory over North Greene in Baileyton in nonconference action on Thursday night.
It was the sixth consecutive win for the Warriors as they improved to 6-3 on the year.
After North Greene took a 7-0 midway through the quarter, HV answered as Joseph Sowards found the endzone on fourth and goal. The two-point conversion gave HV an 8-7 lead.
The Warrior defense recorded a sack in the endzone in the final seconds to take a 10-7 advantage into the second quarter.
Sowards struck again early in the second as Sowards scored on a 21-yard run to push the HV lead to 18-7.
The Warriors pushed the lead to 24-7 at the half as Aiden Paul found Austin Nickles on a fourth and goal for an 11-yard pass.
Happy Valley kept the momentum going in the second half.
The Warriors scored on a Sowards six-yard run early in the third quarter, and Paul scored on a QB keeper from 10 yards out early in the fourth to take a 45-7 advantage.
North Greene scored late in the quarter to account for the final.
