Happy Valley rolled to a Homecoming victory on Friday night.
The Warriors cruised to a 49-6 victory over Hancock County on Warrior Hill. With the win, HV improves to 6-1 overall.
Happy Valley opened the scoring as Lane Parker found Jon Williams for a 31-yard touchdown pass. Maycol Vasquez added the extra point to give HV a 7-0 lead three minutes into the game.
The Warriors pushed the lead to 14-0 as Grayson Ensor found Parker for a touchdown.
Happy Valley continued to have the momentum as Nalique Anderson scored on a five-yard run, and Artee Bahn added a 15-yard touchdown run to give HV a 28-0 lead after a quarter of play.
Tyler Berry scored on a short run to open the second quarter, and an Anderson 22-yard score gave HV a 42-0 halftime lead.
After Hancock County got on the board in the second half, Mason Townsend took a handoff and raced 57 yards for a touchdown.
The Warriors are set to host Cumberland Gap next Friday night.
